Expert Reportedly Fired from Asbestos Cases Following Web Site Controversy

icAendic well-known asbestos expert has been fired indefinitely from testifying in Baron & Budd asbestos cases following circumstances that unfolded during a Colorado beryllium case where a judge determined the expert was "out of control" and no longer a credible witness.
According to sources and court documents obtained by HarrisMartin Publishing, Dr. David Egilman will no longer testify for the Dallas-based law firm, at least not in the firm's asbestos cases and pending beryllium cases in Colorado and Tennessee.
