Jurors Find for Defense in Mesothelioma Trial




PHILADELPHIA -- A jury has delivered a defense verdict in an asbestos trial, accepting the defendant's reliance on fiber burden studies to indicate that the decedent was not exposed to significant levels of asbestos. Bednar, et al. v. Dana Corp., et al., No. Jan 2004-2988 (Pa. Ct. Comm. Pls., Philadelphia Cty.).

The Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County jury found in favor of defendant Dana Corp. on June 13, sources told HarrisMartin Publishing.
