Del. Judge Recommends Summary Judgment for Buffalo Pumps in Asbestos Case

WILMINGTON, Del. –– A magistrate judge has issued a report and recommendation, opining that Buffalo Pumps Inc. is entitled to summary judgment in an asbestos case involving direct exposure and take-home exposure claims.

In a Feb. 7 report and recommendation, U.S. Magistrate Judge Sherry R. Fallon of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware did recommend summary judgment for two other defendants in the matter.
