NEW YORK -- Oral arguments have been set for the fall in the appeal of a decision in which a New York state court reversed summary judgment and determined that the N.Y. Port Authority owed a duty of care to a woman alleging asbestos exposure by way of her husband's clothing. Holdampf, et al. v. ACandS, et al., No. 3478/04 (N.Y. Ct. App.).
Sources indicated that the New York Court of Appeals is set to hear oral arguments on Sept. 13.
