Several Groups File Amici Curiae Brief in 3rd-Party Duty-of-Care Dispute

NEW YORK -- Several groups have filed an amici curiae brief in support of the N.Y. Port Authority, which is appealing an order in which a state court reversed summary judgment and determined that the defendant did in fact owe a duty of care to a woman alleging asbestos exposure by way of her husband's clothing.
