BALTIMORE - The U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland has amended its previous ruling in an asbestos "comedy of errors" after realizing it overlooked a key argument that a third-party defendant presented in a footnote to its summary judgment motion. Royal Insurance Company of America v. Miles & Stockbridge, P.C., et al., No. S-99-1351 (D. Md.).
