NEW ORLEANS - A Louisiana Court of Appeal has ordered four former members of the Center for Claims Resolution to pay a settlement amount negotiated as solidary obligors and said they could be obligated to pay a share neglected by a now-bankrupt defendant. Berlier v. A.P. Green Industries, Inc., et al., No. 2000-CA-2215 (La. Ct. App., Fourth Cir.).
The decision was issued April 25 by the Fourth District Louisiana Court of Appeal.
