NEW YORK -- A New York appellate court has reversed the dismissal of the Port Authority from an asbestos lawsuit, ruling that the defendant owed a duty of care to a woman who claims she was exposed to asbestos through the cleaning of her husband's clothing. Holdampf, et al. v. ACandS, et al., No. 3478 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., App. Div., 1st Dept.).
