SAN FRANCISCO - Plaintiffs in the California asbestos litigation have filed their motion for approval of standard interrogatories aimed at making it easier to identify the market share held by friction defendants. In Re: Complex Asbestos Litigation, No. 828684 (Calif. Super. Ct., San Francisco Cty.).
The motion and proposed interrogatories were filed May 24, more than two months after Judge Stuart R. Pollak of the San Francisco Superior Court granted the motion allowing plaintiffs to move forward with the filing.
