Lloyds Seeking Declaration Regarding Policies Issued to Bankrupt Company

NEW ORLEANS - An insurer that provided coverage to Babcock & Wilcox for lawsuits filed against the company for asbestos exposure have filed two lawsuits of their own in Louisiana, asking a federal judge to define their obligations under the coverage agreements.
