PHILADELPHIA - A federal judge has ruled that a material issue of fact exists as to whether defendant General Electric Company had a duty to warn a former sheet metal mechanic of dangers associated with exposure to asbestos used to insulate steam turbines GE sold to the U.S. Navy.
