HOUSTON - A Texas appeals court has upheld a decision by the judge overseeing the state's MDL asbestos docket that refused an attempt by defendants to established a so-called 'inactive' or 'unimpaired' docket, HarrisMartin Publishing is reporting. In Re: Union Carbide Corp., et al., No. 14-04-00538 (Texas Ct. App., 14th Dist.).
