Texas Court of Appeals Rules Asbestos Discovery Requests Overbroad

HOUSTON -- A Texas Court of Appeals has reversed a trial court decision compelling discovery after finding that interrogatories served by the plaintiffs in the asbestos lawsuit were not sufficiently limited in time and subject matter. In re: CNA Holdings, et al., No. 01-03-01271-CV (Texas Ct. App., 1st Dist.).
