Asbestos Companies Suing Big Tobacco to Recover Compensation Paid to Asbestos Workers

JACKSON, Miss. - Several asbestos defendants have sued Big Tobacco in Mississippi, attempting to recoup money they've paid over the past three decades to compensate workers with injuries allegedly caused by asbestos exposure.
