Asbestos Plaintiffs, Unions File Challenge to Ohio Medical Criteria Bill

CLEVELAND - Representatives of several unions and asbestos plaintiffs have filed a motion in Ohio Appeals Court in an effort to overturn recent changes in the law that would limit the types of asbestos claims that may be filed in the state's courts.
