NEW YORK - A state court judge in New York has denied an auto maker's motion for summary judgment after finding that the plaintiff showed that he may have been exposed to original asbestos-containing brake parts that were on models that he repaired in the 1960s. Maier v. Daimler Chrysler Corp., et al., No. 117687/03 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., New York Cty.).
