B-Read Not Enough to Prove Entitlement to Compensation for Asbestos Injuries

LIMA, Ohio - An Ohio appeals court has affirmed an award of summary judgment for a defendant in an asbestos case after finding that the plaintiff failed to obtain the requisite medical evidence to prove he was entitled to compensation for his injuries. Harmon v. Powertrain Division, General Motors Corporation, et al., No. 1-04-21 (Ohio Dist. Ct., 3rd Dist.).
