Settlement Agreement Language Compels Arbitration of CCR Payment Dispute, Court Holds




STEUBENVILLE, Ohio - A state appeals court has affirmed a decision ordering a plaintiff and former member of the Center for Claims Resolution to arbitrate a dispute over the CCR member's failure to make payment on the settlement of the plaintiff's asbestos claim. Besece v. Armstrong World Industries, et al., No. 03-JE-8 (Ohio Ct. App., Jefferson Cty.).
