Asbestos Plaintiff Must Pay for Trial Held at Social Club, Court Holds

INDIANAPOLIS - An appeals court has affirmed a decision denying a plaintiff's attempt to recover costs associated with relocating his asbestos trial to a nearby social club after he agreed to pay expenses incurred as a result of the move. Roberts v. ALCOA, Inc., et al., No. 49A04-0303-CV-100 (Ind. Ct. App.).
