Ohio Common Pleas Court Grants Insurance Defendants' Motion to Dismiss

CLEVELAND - An Ohio trial court dismissed negligence claims against 48 insurance companies after finding that plaintiffs failed to allege any breach of a duty recognized by Ohio law. Bevan Group 9 v. A-Best Products Co., et al., Nos. 502694, 508628, 602691, 51113, 508629, 502695, 501703. (Ohio Ct. Comm. Pls., Cuyahoga Cty.).
