Ohio Common Pleas Court Grants Insurance Defendants' Motion to Dismiss

CLEVELAND - An Ohio trial court dismissed negligence claims against 48 insurance companies after finding that plaintiffs failed to allege any breach of a duty recognized by Ohio law. Bevan Group 9 v.
