BALTIMORE - A 79-year-old former electrical worker who developed mesothelioma following his alleged asbestos exposure cannot proceed with his case against the owner of the property where the exposure occurred because he failed to show that the company retained complete control over the work site, a Maryland appeals court has ruled. Wajer v. Baltimore Gas and Electric Company, No. 697 (Md. Spec. Ct. App.).
