SAN FRANCISCO - A plaintiff's general recollection that a predecessor company delivered asbestos-containing products to a job site where his alleged exposure occurred is enough to defeat the successor company's motion for summary judgment under certain circumstances, a California Court of Appeal ruled recently. Griffin v. D/C Distribution Corp., No. A101410 (Calif. Ct. App., First Dist.).
