Jury Awards Woman's Family $10 Million in Asbestos Case Against Ford

ANGLETON, Texas - Jurors in Texas have awarded $10 million to the family of a woman who died of mesothelioma she allegedly developed after years of exposure to asbestos brought home on the clothes of her father, who worked at a Ford Motor Plant. Miller v. Ford Motor Co., No. 15077 (Texas Dist. Ct., Brazoria Cty.).
