Mo. Appeals Court Reverses Receivership Ruling, Says Pa. Law Applies

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A Missouri appeals court has reversed a receivership decision and stated that Pennsylvania law better applies in the proper allocation methodology to be used for toxic tort claims.
