KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A Missouri appeals court has reversed a receivership decision and stated that Pennsylvania law better applies in the proper allocation methodology to be used for toxic tort claims. Viacom, Inc., as Successor in Interest to Westinghouse Electric Corporation v. Transit Casualty Company in Receivership. No. WD62864 (W. Mo. Ct. App.).
