NEWARK, Del. - A museum owner cannot be held liable for an injury sustained during the renovation of asbestos-laden boilers because it did not maintain active control over the work and was not responsible for the allegedly dangerous condition that led to the injury, the Delaware Supreme Court has ruled. Murson v. The Henry Francis duPont Winterthur Museum, Inc., No. 2, 2001 (Del. Sup. Ct.).
