Bondex Gets Verdict in Case Brought by 39-Year-Old with Peritoneal Mesothelioma

SWEETWATER, Texas - Jurors recently returned a verdict for defendant Bondex International Inc., in a case brought by a 39-year-old man with peritoneal mesothelioma. Dori v. Bondex International Inc., No. 18422 (Texas Dist. Ct., Nolan Cty.).
The verdict was returned March 24 in the Nolan County District Court after representatives for Bondex convinced a jury that plaintiff John Dori's exposure to the company's products was not significant enough to cause his alleged injury.
