MILWAUKEE - A Wisconsin appeals court has upheld a decision in favor of Owens-Illinois following a dispute over questions presented to a jury that ultimately found the company was not liable for failing to warn an insulator about the dangers associated with the asbestos product Kaylo. Kasun v. Owens-Illinois, No. 00-2550 (Wis. Ct. App.).
