Pittsburgh Corning Attorneys, Insurer Accused of Fraud, Conspiracy In Bond Issue

CLEVELAND - A bankrupt asbestos defendant, its attorneys and its insurer were all part of a plan to defraud a 78-year-old widow out of the $1.6 million she was awarded after suing the company responsible for her husband's death Cicchillo v. Fireman's Fund Insurance Company, et al., No. 410963 (Ohio Comm. Pls., Cuyahoga Cty.).

That according to a lawsuit Julia Cicchillo filed recently in Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas against Pittsburgh Corning and several of its representatives.
