SAN FRANCISCO - Determining that a plaintiff's alleged mesothelioma was actually a more-common form of adenocarcinoma, a jury has returned a defense verdict in a California asbestos case. Ryan v. Asbestos Corporation Limited, No. 419182 (Calif. Super. Ct., San Francisco Cty.).

Jurors in San Francisco County Superior Court returned the verdict on March 22, finding that in favor of Asbestos Corporation Limited was not liable for causing the alleged asbestos-related injuries of Robert Ryan.
