N.J. Asbestos Litigation Centralized Docket Reassigned to Judge LeBlon

TRENTON, N.J. –– New Jersey’s centralized management of asbestos litigation has been reassigned to Superior Court Judge Vincent LeBlon, according to a recent order issued by the state’s Supreme Court. In re: Asbestos Litigation, Case No. 601 (N.J. Super. Ct., Middlesex Cty.).

In a July 10 order, the New Jersey Supreme Court shifted the asbestos docket from Superior Court Judge Ann G. McCormick of Middlesex County Superior Court to Judge LeBlon of the same court in New Brunswick, N.J., effective Sept. 1.
