CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas -- Jurors have unanimously rejected a plaintiff's mesothelioma claims, finding for Kelly-Moore after a two-week trial. Thalman, et al. v. American Standard, Inc., et al., No. 03-CV-1291 (Texas 405th Jud. Dist., Galveston Cty.).

The Texas 405th Judicial District Court for Galveston County jurors took less than one hour on Feb. 9 to find that there was no marketing defect in Kelly-Moore's product.
