Consolidated Mesothelioma Trials End in $3 Million Verdict




PHILADELPHIA -- Jurors have awarded more than $3 million in two mesothelioma cases that were consolidated for trial. Watters, et al. v. Honeywell International, et al., April 2005 Term, No. 2005-0219; Martin, et al. v. Honeywell International, et al., Nov. 2004 Term, No. 1443 (Pa. Ct. Comm. Pls., Philadelphia Cty.).

Claims on behalf of the estates of David Watters and William Martin were consolidated before Judge James Murray Lynn of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Phase II of the trial ended Feb. 16.
