Kelvin Sandel and Gloria Sandel v. Bondex International, Inc., No. 153-206444-04 (Texas 153rd Dist. Ct., Tarrant Cty.).
The $2.971 million verdict was entered Jan. 20 by the Texas 153rd District Court for Tarrant County. Judge Kenneth Curry oversaw the trial.
