7th Cir.: Time-on-the-Risk Allocation Appropriate for Dentist's Mesothelioma Claim

CHICAGO - A federal appeals court has denied an asbestos manufacturer's appeal seeking full indemnification from its insurer for a $1.3 million settlement with the estate of a dentist who died of mesothelioma allegedly caused by exposure to asbestos during dental school.
