CHICAGO - A federal appeals court has denied an asbestos manufacturer's appeal seeking full indemnification from its insurer for a $1.3 million settlement with the estate of a dentist who died of mesothelioma allegedly caused by exposure to asbestos during dental school. Sybron Transition Corporation, et al. v. Security Insurance of Hartford, No. 00-1407 (7th Cir.).
