ATLA, Labor Speak Out Against Asbestos Trust Fund Bill As Vote Deadline Nears




Labor and attorneys opposing plans to take the asbestos litigation out of the court system are voicing concerns about the bill as the date nears for what officials in Congress say is the deadline for bringing the measure to a vote on Capitol Hill.
