U.S. District Court denies G-I Holdings Motion to Amend Complaint Against Baron & Budd




NEW YORK - A U.S. District Court has denied G-I Holdings' motion to file a fifth amended complaint against the Baron & Budd law firm, saying the company improperly based its fraud allegations on information and belief without supporting facts.
