NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. - A state court judge has brought two defendants back into an SV40-mesothelioma lawsuit after they were accused by the plaintiff of submitting false information about their involvement in manufacturing the injectable polio vaccine. photo-8 Judge Rosemary K. Reavey of Middlesex County Superior Court issued an order reinstating the defendants in late June. The court will soon consider an additional motion to bring makers of the oral polio vaccine back into the case, which was filed in 1999 by Lawrence Brofsky and his wife, Alice, who has mesothelioma.
