Court Reverses Summary Judgment, Notes Plaintiff's Recollection of Defendant's Trucks at Work Site




SAN FRANCISCO - A California appeals court has reversed an award of summary judgment in an asbestos case after determining that the plaintiff created an issue of fact when he recalled seeing delivery trucks bearing the defendant's name at his work site.
