ST. LOUIS - After finding an insurance policy's language detailing its pollution exclusion ambiguous, a Missouri state appeals court reversed a lower court's summary judgment on a declaratory judgment action on the issue of insurance coverage for damages to an orphan association's building resulting from asbestos contamination caused by renovation.
