N.Y. District Court Transfers Lloyds Insurance Dispute To Delaware Bankruptcy




NEW YORK- A U.S. District Court in New York on Feb. 5 ordered an asbestos coverage case transferred to the Bankruptcy Court in Delaware, saying the bankruptcy court was the proper forum in which to argue issues arising from the bankruptcy court's liability rulings.
