INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.-A state appeals court has affirmed a premises liability verdict, saying the plaintiff who was awarded damages in the case presented sufficient evidence for the jury to conclude that the danger of asbestos exposure at his workplace was not known or obvious, and that his employer should have anticipated the resulting harm.
