CLEVELAND - An Ohio Court of Appeals has affirmed a jury verdict that found defendant Conrail negligent for providing an unsafe work environment for an asbestos plaintiff, but relieved the company of any liability for causing the plaintiff's lung cancer. Terry C. Kilbane v. Consolidated Rail Corp. No. 82397 (Ohio Ct. App., Cuyahoga Cty.)
