Court of Appeals Affirms Defense Verdict in Lung Cancer Case

CLEVELAND - An Ohio Court of Appeals has affirmed a jury verdict that found defendant Conrail negligent for providing an unsafe work environment for an asbestos plaintiff, but relieved the company of any liability for causing the plaintiff's lung cancer.
