CLEVELAND - An Ohio Court of Appeals affirmed a trial court's ruling that denied John Crane, Inc.'s motion for a new trial in a case where a woman was awarded damages for her husband's asbestos-related death. Fraysure v. A-Best Products Co., et. al., No. 83017 (Ohio Ct. App., Cuyahoga Cty., Eighth Dist.).
