LOUISVILLE, Ky.-A Kentucky Court of Appeals has affirmed part of an award of summary judgment in favor of defendant General Electric after three men who worked with asbestos-related products for one of the company's businesses alleged that they suffered injuries as a result of their alleged exposures.
