CLEVELAND - An Ohio appeals court has reversed a trial court's enforcement of a more than $9 million settlement between the Center for Claims Resolution (CCR) and some 2,600 Ohio asbestos claimants, who, according to the CCR, failed to qualify their claims with documentation required under the agreement. In Re: All Kelley & Ferraro Asbestos v. Amchem Products, Inc., et al., No. 82424 (Ohio Ct. App., Eighth Dist.).
