Bankruptcy Judge Will Issue Ruling on Automatic Stay of Litigation in LTL II on Thursday




TRENTON, N.J. –– The bankruptcy judge overseeing LTL Management LLC’s second Chapter 11 petition heard arguments relating to the automatic stay and a preliminary injunction in the matter during an all-day hearing, stating that he will issue his ruling from the bench on Thursday at noon.

The hearing took place on April 18 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. It began at 10:00 a.m. and adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
