Plaintiff Firms Oppose LTL Management’s Request to File List of Top Law Firms with Talc Claims in Lieu of Unsecured Creditor List

TRENTON, N.J. –– LTL Management’s request to file a list of the top law firms with talc claims against the debtor in lieu of the list of the 20 largest unsecured creditors has been opposed by a group of plaintiff firms, which say that there is “no authority to support Debtor’s request.”
