TRENTON, N.J. –– LTL Management’s request to file a list of the top law firms with talc claims against the debtor in lieu of the list of the 20 largest unsecured creditors has been opposed by a group of plaintiff firms, which say that there is “no authority to support Debtor’s request.”

In an April 10 opposition brief filed in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey, the law firm of Kazan, McClain, Satterley & Greenwood and local counsel Saiber LLC, argued that by denying LTL’s request, the court would “send a message that the real parties …
