PHILADELPHIA - The successor to a paper company that paid more than $2 million to settle a claim filed by a former employee who developed mesothelioma as a result of his exposure to asbestos has sued its insurers seeking reimbursement of the settlement payment. Gould Paper Corp. v. Insurance Company of North America, et al., No. 2:2003cv06267 (E.D. Pa.).
