LEXINGTON, Miss. - The dismissal of a $200 million lawsuit accusing several Mississippi attorneys of withholding millions in settlement proceeds from their clients has prompted plaintiffs to re-file the complaint, adding allegations that question the legality of the hearing held prior to the case's dismissal. Lipsey, et al. v. Langston, et al. No. 2003-392 (Miss. Cir. Ct., Holmes Cty.).
