WILMINGTON, Del. - Creditors involved with asbestos-related bankruptcy proceedings pending in Delaware recently moved to recuse Judge Alfred M. Wolin from hearing the cases, alleging that his relationship with two consultants appointed to work with him on the cases has challenged the impartiality of the Court. In re: Owens Corning, et al. No. 00-03837 (D. Del., Bankr.).
